Day 01 Bangalore
Begin your tour.
Arrive into Bangalore
Welcome to Vardhman's "Karnataka Getaway Tour". On arrival in Bangalore, you will be met and transferred by Vardhman's representative to your hotel.
Later proceed on a city tour of Bangalore.
visit Lal Bagh- 240 acres of beautifully sculpted gardens, flowers abound, rare collection of tropical and sub-tropical plants. Glass House (built on the lines of London's Crystal Palace) covers 18000sq feet, Vidhana Soudha - built in 1954 in granite, this massive building houses the state Legislature and the Secretariat. Bull Temple-Dravidian-style temple, has a huge monolithic Bull is the vahana of Lord Shiva. Tipu’s summer Palace, and shopping at Arts & Crafts Centre Emporium at M.G.Road.

Day 02 Bangalore - Mysore
This morning after breakfast drive to Mysore. Enroute Visit Srirangapatna,the Little Island Fortress Of Tipu Sultan, Who Was Once Known As The "Tiger Of Mysore". Visit the Summer Palace, The Daria Daulat, and the Beautiful Wall Paintings ect.
Upon arrival at Mysore check into your hotel.

Day 03 Mysore
On day third day of your tour proceed on a city tour of Mysore.
Visit the palace of the Maharaja built in 1911-12. The palace is of harmonious syntheses of the Hindu and Saracenic styles of architecture with archways, domes, turrets, colonnades and sculptures which are magnificent. Visit the Art Gallery; drive upto Chamundi hill to see Chamundeshwari Temple that offers a panoramic view of Mysore. On the way back, see the Nandi Bull. Later visit the Somanth temple, Mysore Zoo evening proceed to Brindavan garden to visit lighting show.

Day 04 Mysore - Hassan
After breakfast drive to Hassan. Enroute visit famous Shravanabelagola a Jain Pilgrim centre and has a 17m high monolith statue of Jain Sage Gomateswara. Check in to Hoysala Village on arrival and after lunch visit Belur Halebid Temple's. The Chenna Kesava temple of Belur built 900 years ago is an exquisite example of Hoysala art showing variety of ornamental details and minute delicate carvings on the pillars and panels. Halebid's 12th century Hoysaleswara and Kedareswara temples are masterpieces of Hindu art.
Upon arrival at Hassan check into your hotel.

Day 05 Hassan - Chikmagalur
This morning after breakfast drive to Chikmagalur. Upon arrival at Chikmagalur check into oyur hotel
Later visit the famous Baba Budangiri hills, this is a calm and serene town full of scenic surprises, viz., hills, valleys, streams and snow-white coffee blossoms. It is a trekker's delight with its rugged mountain trials.

Day 06 Chikmagalur - Mangalore
After breakfast drive to Mangalore.
Upon arrival at Mangalore check in to your hotel.
Later visit to Manjunatha temple, St. Aloysius Chapel, Tippu's Battery, etc.

Day 07 Mangalore
This morning after breakfast transfer to the Mangalore airport/railway station to catch flight/train for your onward destination with sweet and unforgettable memories of "Karnataka Getaway Tour" escorted by Vardhman Vacations.
